Ania has a unique palette of skills, combining extensive research and analysis capabilities with diverse communications skills. She brings her creative flair and enthusiasm to every project. This, alongside her ability to deliver work to the highest standard makes her a delight to have on the team.

At a glance

  • Ania is a research, analysis and communications specialist with a background in geography and anthopology and considerable experience in climate change issues.
  • Prior to joining CZM Ania worked at UWA as a researcher, developing her skills in socio-economic research and analysis, stakeholder consultation, and institutional analysis.
  • Ania contributes experience in policy and strategy development, strategic research and analysis, stakeholder consultation and communications.
  • CZM Project experience includes high profile clients, such as UNEP, UNFCCC, AusAID and the State Office of Climate Change, where her role has included designing workshops, toolkits and resource guides for climate change, as well as strategic planning and strategy development, copywriting and editing.
  • Ania also provides services to ContentPlus, Coastal Zone Management's sister company. Here she provides research and communications expertise on projects with key clients including the Department of Education and the Office of Road Safety.
  • Ania is also responsible for the management and streamlining of Business Management Systems across both companies.

Little known fact

Ania has completed workshop facilitation training with the Western Australian Division of the United Nations Youth Association.
