  • 20 years experience in software development industry working for a wide range of public and private clients. David contributes strong IT and project management skills to a wide range of coastal challenges through his work at Coastal Zone Management.
  • David holds a Bachelor of Commerce (University of Queensland) and recently completed a Masters of Information Management (University of Western Australia). For his masters research David examined social communication characteristics within project teams and the impact this has on project performance.
  • Highly proficient in all core aspects of Project Management (project planning, allocation of resources, monitoring projects against schedule and budgets, highlighting variations, managing risks and issues, managing vendor relationship and delivery, project reporting).

David provides expert coaching to project managers, has lectured at UWA and presents at conferences on best practice in information management for organisations such as the United Nations and Institute on Information Management Australia.
