Started in April 2000 by the team at www.coastalmanagement.com the
icoast_interent newsgoup fosters exchanges of experience, knowledge
and ideas of technological, cultural and philosophical issues on the
use and role of the Internet in coastal management. The newsgoup's
scope is global. Discussion on purely technical issues, such as the
intracacies of computer hardware and software are not encouraged.
